Mead yeast is like a dollar fifty, use that instead of bread yeast. Bread yeast is made for bread, it cannot survive the higher alcohol contents of what you are brewing. That's why it's used for bread, not beer, wine, or mead, and why those beverages all have their own yeasts.
This 30% "Why would you do that?" and 70% Spreading yourself too thin and not doing any one thing particularly well.
The chips look okay. None of the skewered items atop the bloody mary look particularly appetizing in the final. I'm pretty sure they're tasty based on the previous photos, and this is a very innovative way to present them, but... They just don't look good. And I'd love to be a janitor at a party where these are served... Because glasses are gonna break and I'd earn my pay at that party.
Great recipes. Quick and easy... only problem is that list is not even CLOSE to $50, at least in my area of the San Francisco Bay Area. Everything came out to around $150 (minus the other stuff I had to get). But, that's a moot point. This list is awesome and easy, thanks!

Don't fill the jug that much, it will just overflow when the yeast start producing CO2. I had to clean up several times the first time I tried.

This is absolutely useless with no ingredient measurements.

Any suggestions of cookbooks like this? I like when they explain the process behind their decisions, not just "here's my recipe just follow it"

What is this even supposed to be? Bacon, seasoned ground beef and salsa?

Some ratios or measurements would be nice instead of just stating ingredients.
