There's a shed load of powder sauces in the supermarket which are easy to prepare.
Or you can make a chicken sauce easy, from 2 cubes ground up chicken stock, some chicken extract in a bottle added to taste and just add single cream to taste and milk if need be into a pan, stir fast, use a low heat.
The base ingrediant to most sauces is cream or milk.
