where the fuck do you plan to store all this shit? bulk items that don't perish are good. but damn, that's a lot of stuff. Also, pay just a little more for the wine, it'll make whatever you use it in 100% better. trust me

Why not split the flour into cake and bread? You can mix them if you really need all-purpose.
