theres a lot of fucking carbs on here. fyi they make you fat. try and stick to under 100g of carbs and eat more protein

Are you fucking stupid? Carbs don't make you fat; overeating makes you fat. The amount of carbs you need in a day depends on your size/activity level/various factors, so you can't possibly expect that 100g limit to apply to everyone either.
