I just made two of these cooked for about 20 minutes, but I would have probably preferred 25. I was a bit hungry.

I'm eating it with rice, and if the fish just would have been a little more crusty on the edges or hard, then oh man. Pretty good though, definitely going to make this in the future for a quick delicious eat.

This is some damn good fish.


Use some garlic salt if you lack Creole seasoning, bread crumbs make a great addition to this as well.
