Looks fucking beautiful, aside from 2 things. 1 .The bacon isn't cooked well enough. I'd probably fry the bacon a bit before wrapping it. Shit looks raw as fuck.
Also, get rid of the fucking pickle, don't ruin this with your gross pickes and shit.

Bacon is already smoked before you get it, there isn't anything wrong with eating it raw, let alone slightly undercooked. But really it is down to personal preference. Some like chewy bacon some like it crunchy. Personally, I like bacon.
